Robert L. Keates, Attorney & Counselor at Law
Austin Lawyer Robert Keates began his legal career as a summer judicial law clerk in Louisiana while attending Law School. After graduating with a J.D. legal degree with concentrations in Criminal Law & Procedure as well as Constitutional Law, he spent a year obtaining an LL.M. Master of Law Degree for Criminal Defense Law. After graduating with the Master of Law degree, Attorney Keates began arguing motions and jury trials for the Orange COunty Public Defender's Office, where he acted as lead counsel on a large variety of serious felony trials as well as misdemeanor trials, fourth amendment motions, and other aspects of criminal law.
